APC Strength & Conditioning

Athletic Performance Principles

The Milton High School Athletic Performance Classes (APC) and Programs strive to enhance athletic performance and reduce injuries.  This is accomplished through comprehensive program design and implementation with attention to developing a balanced athlete that will include linear speed, agility, range of motion, absolute and functional strength and sport specific power.  Through this our athletes will reach their highest potential. Our year-round strength and conditioning program is based upon the following enhancement principles.

A unified training program…

TO DEVELOP OUR POSITIVE CULTURE :

  • Builds community. Allows for a greater purpose.

  • Athletes feel like they are a part of something bigger than just themselves or their sport.

  • Athletes feel more connected to sports other than their own.

  • Benefits the school in a greater capacity than just sports performance.

  • Encourages athletes to become multi-sport athletes.

  • All athletes receive equity in opportunities for training.
